This management pack monitors the health of the DFS Namespaces role service on computers running Windows Server 2008 R2. This management pack monitors events that are recorded in the System event log by DFS Namespaces. It also monitors the overall health of DFS Namespaces and alerts you to critical issues.

Configuration

To monitor DFS Namespaces, this management pack requires other management packs from the Windows File Services Management Pack. You can optionally enable client-side monitoring on specific client computers. For more information, see the File Services Management Pack Guide.
