Summary
One or more phone numbers failed to normalize.
 
Causes
One or more phone number attributes in AD contained text that could not be normalized by the Company_Phone_Number_Normalization_Rules.txt file because the format of the number did not match any of the regular expressions in that file.
 
Resolutions
Check the Company_Phone_Number_Normalization_Rules.txt file to make sure it covers all cases found in your AD deployment or fix the invalid phone number(s) in the AD record.
