All management servers are unavailable or not responding. Updates required for DirectAccess client compliance might not work as expected.

Causes

1. Management servers cannot be reached.

2. Management servers are not responding.

Resolutions

1. Ensure that network connectivity to management servers is working as expected.

2. Verify settings for management servers

Note: Operations status is updated in accordance with the configured refresh interval. Clicking Refresh to manually update status does not update the status of the DNS resolution and ICMP reachability checks.
