解決方法

新しいアプリケーション ディレクトリ パーティションのアクセス制御リスト (ACL) を調べてください。Replication Get Changes All アクセス権がエンタープライズ ドメイン コントローラー グループに割り当てられていることを確認し、ドメインのドメイン コントローラー グループからこの権利を削除してください。
