Summary
If configured, each time the node enters the Passive state (and before any replication takes place), Microsoft Forefront Server Security CCR Replication service creates a backup of the files to be replicated. The service skipped backing up a file because the file does not exist.

Causes
The file to be backed up does not exist (or is not accessible).

Resolutions
If Forefront is installed on a passive node, this warning may be emitted immediately after installation because the files will not be present until Forefront executes on the node or a replication from the Active node occurs.
