Summary
This counter shows the total number of user sessions that failed to sign in to Live Communications Server since the Communicator Web Access virtual server was started.
 
Causes
Sign in requests to Live Communications Servers failed to complete. If sign in errors are occurring frequently, there may be issues with connectivity to Live Communications Server.
 
Resolutions
Ensure connectivity to Live Communications Server. Check the health of servers running Live Communications Server.
