Monitors SMS analog configuration in a Citrix farm

Summary

A problem has occurred with the configuration of a TAPI connection server.
 
Causes

Possible causes are:

  • The gateway is incorrect
  • Phone numbers for recipients are incorrect
  • The modem is unplugged
  • The modem is incorrectly configured
 
Resolutions

To re-configure SMS gateways and settings, use the SMS configuration tab in Resource Manager in the Presentation Server Console.
