HYCU Data Protection backup controller is not available.
Until the backup controller is operational again no backups can be run and recovery is not possible either.
The HYCU Data Protection backup controller (virtual machine) is not available, there is no response from the HYCU Data Protection REST API, or there is no network connectivity.
First check if HYCU Data Protection backup controller (virtual machine) is actually powered on and there are no issues with connectivity. Then log in to the HYCU Data Protection web user interface (see URL in alert message).
