摘要

嘗試建立 Kerberos 票證時，金鑰發行中心 (KDC) 偵測到使用者主要名稱 (UPN) 相同的兩個使用者物件。KDC 無法判定何者是正確的使用者物件，因此無法建立票證。

原因

使用者及電腦 Microsoft Management Console (MMC) 嵌入式管理單元會檢查並嘗試防止此問題發生。但是，下列情況會導致發生此狀況：

解決方式

利用使用者及電腦嵌入式管理單元，變更發生衝突的其中一個使用者物件上的 UPN。
