This monitor reports the availability of CPU modules in EMC storage systems.

Causes

An unhealthy state occurs if the CPU component has a logical or physical failure.

Resolutions

Contact DELLEMC Online Support for the resolution of an unhealthy state for this component.

Additional

For EMC Symmetrix VMAX systems, the CPU module is a subcomponent of one of the system directors. For EMC CX4 and VNX Block storage systems, the CPU module is a subcomponent of one of the system storage processors. For EMC VNX File or Gateway storage systems, the CPU module is a subcomponent of one of the system data movers.
