Monitors Environment Test Service Windows Service.
Monitor to see if the Citrix Environment Test Service is running.
The Citrix Environment Test Service is part of a Citrix Delivery Controller deployment and is responsible for managing tests on the different FMA components to evaluate the (configuration) state of a XenApp/XenDesktop site. These test can also be triggered from the Citrix Studio console.
The Citrix Environment Test Service depends on the Workstation service.
A service can stop for many reasons, including:
The service was stopped by an Administrator.
The service encountered an exception that stopped the service.
The service was improperly configured, which prevented it from starting.
The service was prevented from starting because the user account assigned to the service could not be authenticated.
The service can be restarted using the Services snap-in which can be accessed through the Computer Management console.
Check the Application log within Windows Logs in the Windows event viewer for detailed error messages.
