Knowledge Base article:

Summary

No GC Logon uses the information in the replication schedule to determine when it should attempt to refresh the cache. No GC Logon is able to determine an available window of opportunity to refresh its cache during a period of up to seven days. As a result of a wrong configuration of the replication schedule, no window is available at all within the next week.

This same configuration problem can cause replication to fail. It must be corrected immediately.
