Monitor Description for (44)
What Caused the Problem?
Either the flashcopy logical drive's associated repository logical drive is full or its associated base or repository logical drive were failed due to one or more drive failures on their respective arrays. The Recovery Guru Details area provides specific information you will need as you follow the recovery steps.
Important Notes
If the flashcopy logical drive failed because either its associated base or repository logical drive failed due to a drive failure, make sure you perform the recovery procedure for the base and/or repository logical drive BEFORE performing this recovery procedure.
You cannot recover or access the data on the failed flashcopy logical drive. You can either delete the flashcopy logical drive if you no longer need it, or re-create a new point-in-time image of the base logical drive using the existing flashcopy logical drive (see the following steps for details).
Recovery Steps
1 | First, fix any problems given in the Summary area affecting the flashcopy logical drive's associated base or repository logical drive using the appropriate recovery procedure. | ||||||
