The Routing and Remote Access service encountered an error in handing out IP address to dial-in client(s) during IP Control Protocol (IPCP) negotiation.
The DHCP server couldn't be contacted.
The service ran out of IP address pool.
Sample Event #1: A connection has been established on port %1 using interface %2, but no IPaddress was obtained.
Sample Event #2: A connection has been established on port %1 using interface %2, but theremote side got no IP address.
Sample Event #3: No IP address is available to hand out to the dial-in client.
Sample Event #4: Unable to contact a DHCP server. The Automatic Private IP Address %1 will beassigned to dial-in clients. Clients may be unable to access resources onthe network.
Verify whether the network connection between the RRAS server and DHCP server is available.
Verify whether the IP address pool on the RRAS server is exhausted and see whether you need to increase the pool size.
