Initial replication has not completed for the directory partitions that are specified in the alert description. This might indicate a replication problem.

This computer will not function as a domain controller until initial replication has completed.

If this is the only domain controller hosting the specified partition, this alert can be safely ignored.

If this is not the only domain controller hosting the specified partition, look for other replication related alerts.
