Summary
Product activation code is invalid. Please check that it is typed correctly and is valid for the version of the operating system in use.
 
Resolutions
If you are in the process of installing Double-Take, verify that you are using a 16 character alphanumeric code and Double-Take can write to the registry. If Double-Take is already installed, confirm that the code entered is correct. If the code appears to be correct, contact technical support at 1-800-775-8674 or 317-598-2066 or sign up for online support, including access to the online knowledgebase, at support.doubletake.com
