This monitor catches Xian events that notifies when the Failover status has changed its state.
Failover status has changed.
The failover status has changed to one of the following states: Enabled or Disabled.
When it has changed to Enabled, it is operating again. When Disabled, it can be due to: failure with a unit, the unit is unable to determine its status, or the unit detects a power failure on the other unit.
Check the system log messages for the units for an indication of the nature of the problem. Replace the cable. Test that your primary (active) unit is enabling traffic as expected by using FTP (for example) to send a file between hosts on different interfaces.
Monitors the Cisco PIX Firewall failover status. It can be enabled or disabled
