This monitor catches Xian events that notifies when the Incoming error packets if has changed its state.
Number of incoming error packets is over threshold.
The number of incoming packets containing errors is above the maximum threshold configured in Xian Network Manager 2012.
Error packets are received when a sent request could not be satisfied, a packet could not be explained by a network delay/duplication or it lost access to a required resource.
If the current number of error packets is consistently increasing, it might require to identify error source in the interface.
