This monitor catches Xian events that notifies when the System uptime has changed its state.
System uptime is over/under threshold.
Over threshold: The number of days the device was up is above the maximum threshold configured in Xian Network Manager 2012.
Under threshold: The number of days the device was up is below the minimum threshold configured in Xian Network Manager 2012.
Over threshold: The device has been on for a long time.
Under threshold: The device has been rebooted lately.
Over threshold: If the threshold was set for predictive performance/failure analysis, proceed related tasks. Program rebooting.
Under threshold: If a downtime was not programmed, monitor the cause for rebooting.
