This counter represents the total number of failures that occurred while sending reports to the external report consumer since the server was started.

Causes

A large number of failures have occurred while sending metrics reports to the configured external report consumer.

Resolutions

Ensure HTTP connectivity between the QoE Monitoring Server and the external report consumer. Also, make sure the external report consumer is properly configured.
