Causes

This can happen if the Server and/or one or more MCU(s)in the Pool are overloaded. This can also happen due to Load Balancer and Network connectivity issues.

Resolutions

This might be a temporary condition. If the problem persists, please ensure that hardware and software requirements of the Pool meet the usage characteristics and that the network is functioning correctly.
