考えられる原因は次のとおりです。

解決方法

考えられる解決策は次のとおりです。

イベント 4:ライセンス ウィザードの電話接続方法を使用して、ターミナル サーバー ライセンスを再度アクティブ化します。また、Microsoft クリアリングハウスに問い合わせて、ライセンス パックの再発行を依頼することもできます。ターミナル サーバー ライセンス管理ツールを使って Microsoft クリアリング ハウスにアクセスします。

イベント 19、24:(Microsoft® Windows Server™ 2003 オペレーティング システムのみ) crypt32.dll が正しくインストールされていることを確認します。crypt32.dll に関連するエラーがないか、イベント ビューアを確認します。エラーが見つかった場合は、ターミナル サーバー ライセンスを再インストールし、Microsoft クリアリングハウスに連絡して、ライセンス パックの再発行を依頼します。ターミナル サーバー ライセンス管理ツールを使って Microsoft クリアリング ハウスにアクセスします。

次の手順に従い、クライアント コンピュータ上の MSLicensing キーを削除します。

次の手順に従い、ターミナル サーバー上の X509 証明書のレジストリ キーを削除します。

イベント 18:Microsoft に問い合わせて、ターミナル サーバー ライセンスをアクティブ化し、ライセンスをインストールしてください。
