This counter shows the total number of user sessions that failed to sign in to Office Communications Server since the Communicator Mobile Component virtual server was started.

Causes

Sign in requests to Office Communications Server failed to complete. If sign in errors are occurring frequently, there may be issues with connectivity to Office Communications Server.

Resolutions
