The total number of files in the client registration outbox on the management point has exceeded the standard operational threshold. If the file count keeps going beyond the threshold, the files in this outbox cannot be sent to the site server.
If the site server initiates the connection to the site system server, it could be because the SMS_Executive service is stopped or is not responding on the site server.
If the site system server initiates the connection to the site server, it could be because the SMS Agent Host on the site system server is stopped or is not responding.
The site server file processing rate is slower than the incoming rate.
The site server has insufficient resources such as CPU, memory, or disk space.
Verify that the threshold for this alert is not too low and is beyond the standard operating threshold for this specific Configuration Manager site.
Verify that the SMS_Executive service is running on the site server. If it is stopped, restart the service.
Verify that the SMS Agent Host service is running. If it is stopped or is not responding, restart the service.
Verify that the Configuration Manager site database is performing properly.
