This monitor checks the availability status of Outbox Monitor.
This rule generates an alert if the component of the outbox monitor is not healthy.
The following may be the cause for this alert:
The component manager is not running.
The SMS executive service is not running.
There may be connectivity issues with the site system database server.
There is an insufficient amount of disk space for the outbox.
There is a high volume of client status updates.
Check that all the components are running.
Check the disk space for the outboxes.
Check for environmental changes to the site.
