Resumo

O serviço de registo dos Serviços de Gestão de Direitos do Active Directory (AD RMS) não conseguiu escrever na base de dados de registo do AD RMS. Este serviço tentará escrever a última mensagem na base de dados de registo do AD RMS. Todas as outras mensagens não serão lidas a partir da Colocação de Mensagens em Fila até que a base de dados de registo do AD RMS esteja disponível.
