Collection rule for the performance counter Memory\\% Used Memory
This rule collects performance data for the Memory\% Used Memory performance counter. The collected values are accessible in performance views and reports.
This metric exposes the total amount of memory currently in use by the system as a percentage of the total memory on the system.
The percentage of used memory value is calculated by subtracting available memory (free memory and used file cache) from total physical memory, and comparing to the total physical memory value (from the Perfstat API).
