此監視器會檢查是否有重複的密碼變更要求失敗。

如果相同的失敗在每分鐘內發生超過 10 次，則會引發警告警示。

如果 15 分鐘內沒有再次發生錯誤，此監視器的健全狀況狀態會變回綠色，且與其相關聯的警示會自動解除。

如果失敗是因密碼不正確造成，請聯絡使用者解決此問題。

如果失敗是因 Active Directory 找不到使用者帳戶造成，可能是使用者輸入了錯誤的使用者名稱，或是使用者帳戶已遭移除。

如果失敗是因網域控制站無法使用造成，請聯絡網域控制站系統管理員。
