Den här övervakaren indikerar att federationstjänsten inte kunde lägga till artefakter till SAML-artefaktarkivet. Om samma problem inte uppstår på nytt inom 15 minuter, kommer övervakarens hälsotillstånd att återgå till grön status. Varningen som genereras av övervakaren måste lösas manuellt.
