Usługa federacyjna nie mogła załadować certyfikatów podpisywania tokenu, odszyfrowywania tokenu i SSL. Jeśli certyfikat, którego załadowanie się nie powiodło, jest podstawowym certyfikatem, usługa systemu Windows AD FS nie uruchomi się.
