原因

证书指纹未识别任何已知的声明提供程序信任。

解决方案

首先，验证证书(由事件数据中指定的指纹值识别)是否为该声明提供程序的预期签名证书。如果此事件中识别的证书是要使用的正确证书，则使用 AD FS 管理单元验证是否已在声明提供程序信任属性的“证书”选项卡上对其进行了配置。
