原因

在请求中指定的声明消费者服务 URL 无效。

解决方案

使用 AD FS 管理单元配置具有指定的此信赖方 URL 的声明消费者服务。要配置 SAML 声明消费者服务，请在此信赖方信任的属性中的“端点”选项卡上添加或更新所需的 SAML 声明消费者端点。 如果已导入元数据，则检查元数据提供程序的配置。如果已手动配置信赖方信任，请在本地联合服务器计算机上检查信赖方信任配置。如果已导入元数据来配置信赖方信任，请验证元数据合作伙伴服务器上的配置是否准确并且是最新版本。
