摘要

SSL 证书不包含企业中的所有 UPN 后缀值。 带有未列入证书中的 UPN 后缀值的用户无法将其设备加入到工作区。

原因

使用者备用 DNS 名称未添加到用于申请服务器 SSL 证书的证书请求中。

解决方法

申请新的服务器 SSL 证书，并将其安装在 AD FS 场中。添加设备注册服务所需的使用者备用 DNS 名称。请参阅 http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkId=311954。
