摘要

此監視器指出本機電腦個人憑證存放區中找不到憑證。如果 15 分鐘內沒有再次發生相同問題，此監視器的健全狀況狀態會變回綠色狀態。對應的警示是由警示規則產生，且必須手動解決。

原因

指定的憑證可能不存在於本機憑證存放區中，或者 AD FS 服務帳戶不具有存取該憑證的權限。

解決方式

請確定該憑證 (由事件文字中的指紋識別) 已新增到同盟伺服器電腦上的 LocalMachine\My store 資料夾中。此外，也請確認 AD FS 服務帳戶具有此憑證的私密金鑰存取權限。如需詳細資訊，請參閱《 AD FS 疑難排解指南》中的＜疑難排解 AD FS 前需檢查的事項＞一節。
