Résumé

Le service Windows AD FS n'a pas pu démarrer car le certificat identifié dans la base de données de configuration AD FS n'est pas unique.

Si le service AD FS est démarré correctement, le système de surveillance passera à l'état vert et l'alerte critique d'origine sera résolue automatiquement.

Causes

Cette condition peut survenir lorsque le certificat est trouvé dans le magasin spécifié, mais que plus d'un certificat correspond à la findValue.

Résolutions

Si le certificat a été identifié par son nom et que plusieurs certificats possèdent le même nom, configurez le certificat en utilisant l'empreinte de certificat. Localisez l'élément qui est spécifié dans cet événement et modifiez sa findValue pour utiliser l'empreinte numérique du certificat à la place.
