嘗試重新啟動服務主機期間發生錯誤。如果 AD FS Windows 服務在同盟伺服器上成功啟動，監視器會變為綠色狀態，且原始的重大警示將自動解決。

原因

Federation Service 的子服務失敗且無法自行重新啟動。

解決方式

重新啟動 Federation Service 以從錯誤中復原。
