Este monitor indica que el servicio de federación no ha podido registrar la notificación en la base de datos SQL. Si no se vuelve a producir el mismo problema en 15 minutos, el estado de mantenimiento de este monitor volverá a cambiarse al estado verde. La alerta generada por este monitor debe resolverse de forma manual.
El agente de servicio de SQL Server está deshabilitado para la base de datos AdfsConfiguration, o bien SQL Server está demasiado ocupado.

Para comprobar que el agente del servicio está habilitado, ejecute la siguiente consulta SQL en el equipo de destino que esté ejecutando SQL Server: SELECT is_broker_enabled FROM sys.databases WHERE name = 'AdfsConfiguration'
Si el agente del servicio no está habilitado, ejecute el siguiente script de SQL en el equipo de destino que ejecute SQL Server: ALTER DATABASE AdfsConfiguration SET ENABLE_BROKER WITH ROLLBACK IMMEDIATE
Si el agente del servicio ya está habilitado, reinicie el servicio de federación.
