Resumen

El servicio de federación no ha aceptado el token porque el atributo NotBefore del token recibido contiene un valor que se corresponde con un tiempo futuro que aún no ha ocurrido.

Causas

La hora del sistema en el equipo donde está ejecutándose el servicio de federación no está sincronizada con el equipo donde se originó la solicitud.

Resoluciones

Compruebe que el reloj del sistema esté sincronizado.
