Произошел сбой выпуска маркера, поскольку службе федерации не удалось загрузить хранилище атрибутов.

Причины

Служба федерации настроена для использования пользовательского хранилища атрибутов, которое не удается найти.

Решения

При использовании настраиваемого хранилища атрибутов убедитесь с помощью оснастки служб федерации Active Directory, что хранилище настроено правильно. Кроме того, убедитесь в доступности сборки настраиваемого хранилища атрибутов.
