Zusammenfassung

Dieser Monitor weist darauf hin, dass keine Verbindung mit einem LDAP-Server hergestellt werden konnte. Aus diesem Grund tritt bei der Tokenausstellung ein Fehler auf.

Wenn dieses Problem innerhalb von 15 Minuten nicht mehr auftritt, wechselt der Integritätsstatus dieses Monitors wieder in einen "grünen" Bereich. Von der Warnungsregel wird eine entsprechende Warnung generiert; diese muss manuell aufgelöst werden.

Ursachen

Der LDAP-Server ist nicht verfügbar oder falsch konfiguriert.

Lösungen

Überprüfen Sie die Netzwerkkonnektivität mit dem LDAP-Server. Überprüfen Sie zudem, ob der LDAP-Server richtig konfiguriert wurde.
