概要

このモニターは、フェデレーション サービスが LDAP サーバーに接続できなかったことを示します。これにより、トークン発行が失敗します。

同じ問題が 15 分以内に再発しない場合は、このモニターのヘルス状態は緑色の状態に戻ります。関連するアラートがアラート ルールによって生成されます。このアラートは手動で解決する必要があります。

原因

LDAP サーバーが利用できないか、構成が正しくありません。

解決方法

LDAP サーバーへのネットワーク接続を確認します。また、LDAP サーバーが正しく構成されているかどうかも確認します。
