Sammanfattning

Övervakaren visar att federationstjänsten inte kunde ansluta till en LDAP-server. Detta leder till att tokenutfärdandet misslyckas.

Om samma problem inte uppstår på nytt inom 15 minuter, kommer övervakarens hälsotillstånd att återgå till grön status. En motsvarande varning genereras av varningsregeln och den måste lösas manuellt.

Orsaker

LDAP-servern är inte tillgänglig eller är felaktigt konfigurerad.

Lösningar

Kontrollera nätverksanslutningen till LDAP-servern. Ta även reda på om LDAP-servern är korrekt konfigurerad.
