概要

このモニターは、発行変換ルールセット内のルールが証明書利用者の信頼に適用された後に複数のクレームが発行されたことを示します。

これにより、この証明書利用者のトークン発行が失敗します。

同じ問題が 15 分以内に再発しない場合は、このモニターのヘルス状態は緑色の状態に戻ります。関連するアラートがアラート ルールによって生成されます。このアラートは手動で解決する必要があります。

原因

証明書利用者のクレーム ポリシー内に複数の名前 ID クレームが構成されました。

解決方法

証明書利用者に構成されている発行変換ルールによって複数の名前 ID クレームが作成されていないことを確認してください。
