概要

フェデレーション サービスからトークンを取得中に、通信エラーが発生しました。同じ問題が 15 分以内に再発しない場合は、このモニターのヘルス状態は緑色の状態に戻ります。このモニターによって生成されるアラートは、手動で解決する必要があります。

原因

サービスの依存関係が利用できない場合、サービスの起動時にこのイベントが発生する可能性があります。

解決方法

フェデレーション サービスが実行されていることを確認してください。必要に応じて開始 (または再起動) してください。AD FS がインストールされ実行されていることの確認の詳細については、『 AD FS トラブルシューティング ガイド』の「AD FS のトラブルシュートを始める前に確認すること」を参照してください。
