概要

プライマリ フェデレーション サーバーからセカンダリ フェデレーション サーバーへの同期は行われませんでした。

30 分以内に 3 回以上イベント ID 344 が発生する場合、このモニターは黄色の状態になります。

プライマリ フェデレーション サーバーからセカンダリ フェデレーション サーバーへのデータの同期が正常に完了すると、モニターは緑色の状態に戻り、元の重要なアラートは自動的に解決されます。

原因

一般に、このイベントは、同期中に発生するエラーが原因で発生します。このイベントのより具体的な原因として、次のものが考えられます。

イベントに記述されている追加データを参照して、実際の原因を確認してください。また、どの種類の同期エラーに対してもこのエラーが発生する場合は、同期パートナー サーバーで対応するエラー (イベント ID 346) を探してください。

解決方法

プライマリ フェデレーション サーバーが利用できることを確認し、このコンピューターのサービス アカウント ID がプライマリ フェデレーション サーバーのサービス アカウント ID に一致していることを確認してください。
