Summary

The W3SVC (World Wide Web Publishing Service) provides Web connectivity and administration through the Internet Information Services Manager. Service must be started for Application Virtualization to function.

Windows Server had no default recovery for this service. If the service stops this monitor is configured with a recovery that will automatically restart the service.
