原因

在有些情况下，恶意软件活动禁用了反恶意软件服务。 建议您调查失败的根本原因。

解决方法

在计算机上尝试重新启动反恶意软件引擎。 反恶意软件服务运行后，建议重新扫描计算机查找威胁。
