Bu kural, Bellek\% Kullanılan Bellek performans sayacı için performans verilerini toplar. Toplanan değerlere performans görünümlerinde ve raporlarında erişilebilir.

Bu ölçüm, sistemin kullanmakta olduğu bellek miktarını sistemdeki toplam belleğin yüzdesi biçiminde kullanıma sunar.

Kullanılan bellek değerinin yüzdesi, kullanılan bellek ve toplam fiziksel belleğin (pstat API'sindeki değerler) karşılaştırılmasıyla hesaplanır.
