Discovers installations of Host Integration Server 2013

Summary

The Installation discovery is the first discovery run to determine the presents of the product on the system. It checks the registry location "HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Sna Server\CurrentVersion\SNAVersion" to verify that the version is 9.0. If successful, the Host Integration Server 2013 Management Pack creates a HISInstallations class instance.
