Summary

The HIP Application is attempting to use Enterprise Single Sign On to map host credentials to Windows credentials for use with the HIP Server object. This event indicates that this process has failed.

Causes

The security settings or default host credentials specified for the HIP Application are incorrect

The HIP Service does not have the necessary permissions to access the Enterprise Single Sign On service.

Resolutions

Verify the security settings for the HIP Application.

Verify the Enterprise Single Sign On services are configured correctly and accessible by the HIP Service.

Verify the correct host credentials have been specified in the incoming client request, or that the correct default host credentials have been configured for the HIP Application.
